I love that we get to talk about, like, people and products that can make your home better. You know, like, we talk about at-home floor store, and then, like, we go through all of them. Secure roofing, yeah. And then we get to, like, a new one, like, modern PI, modern plumbing. And it does make you feel, like, it makes you feel good to have, like, a good company that can fix your dumb things that you break.

Yeah. They're also big so they can service all of Central Florida.

They were over at Maisie's camp yesterday, fixing the bathrooms for her camp.

You put the shower here, and they're like, we've done this before. Step aside, sir. Like, a lot of our clients like the copper pipe look. It's like decorative. And then it ages, patinas over time, and then it looks nice in the corner. I was like, okay. And then when they did it, I was like, this does look nice.

It's working awesome.

And they're super pro about running it, and they did it right.

You should have just told it.

Dude, I'm glad I didn't try to do that myself because I'd have a leak in my roof right now.

And that's the thing.

Like, you start messing around with your own plumbing, especially if your plumbing is run through the ceiling. Now, they do all types of plumbing.
