They were able to build that by not only having a state-of-the-art facility.

That's one thing, but they came in and they fixed up the wilderness for a lack of a better term.

Like 20,000 acres of wetlands.

40,000 tons of trash that they pulled out of there.

That's a lot of shopping carts.

And then they refurbished the wetlands, right?

And then they donated the land back to Florida.

For conservation.

Then they donated money for the continued conservation of that land. Well, Subaru is that type of company. You know them. You know their cars. You know they have some of the best warranties in the business. You know that Sports Subaru has no dealer fee. They're one of the only dealers that has no dealer fee.
