When God is silent, it's because something is coming.

Something is coming and he needs me to prepare.

And he's made it clear what needs to be prepared.

And maybe I've forgotten or I'm not doing the work.

So I want you to think about that.

If this is you, if you're somebody that's going through a season

where you feel like you're being abandoned by God, I want you to think about what is it that I need to prepare

for the blessings that he's about to bestow upon me? And what has he already told me I need to do

that maybe I've fallen short of doing or I've forgotten to do? Because for me, that's exactly what it was. I was in my season where I felt like I was being abandoned, but God had already told me what I needed to be doing. And I was doing it, but he was waiting until I actually really got to a point where I could have a solid foundation for him to then come back in.

And not even say, I don't even want to say come back in. I'll just say for him to then

lay the blessings for me to be able to build further upon them. But I can't build upon the

blessings and steward them properly until I have the foundation set. And so for me, it's frustrated because sometimes as a man, I don't like feeling like I'm being

stagnant.

Know when you are in a bad mood or know when your partner is in a bad mood.

Nothing starts, nothing, trust me, nothing starts an argument quicker or sustains an argument longer than being in a bad mood.

Okay? So if you're in a bad move, you know your partner is in a bad mood. It might not be the time to talk about that disagreement.

It may not be the right time. You may need to just, yo, listen, not right now. I just, I don't have it in me right now. I need a moment. And I know fellas, some of us do this and our partners still be like, yo, listen, I need to talk about it right now. You need to stand on your boundary. Stand on your boundary. You set a boundary. You set a rule, whatever the case, whatever you want to call it. It doesn't matter what

you want to call it. You said something about what you need. Stand on that. Don't let them make you

feel like you got to talk about it right now. No, you don't have to. If you're not in the good mood or

you know they're not in the good mood, we and I talk about this right now because all we're going to

do is go further down a rabbit hole of argument and not get to anywhere closer to solution. And that's not the mindset. That's not the, that's not the mentality that we should be having. Know when you're in a bad mood, knowing your partner is in a bad mood. And if that's the case, y'all should not be talking about disagreements because it's just going to lead closer and closer to an argument. And that's not where we want to go. Regulate yourself before

you respond. Someone says something and it triggers you. Know when you're triggered. I'm still
