Here's the best advice for entering your 30s.

I am so excited about this because this is us right like this is our season and we talk all the time about the messy middle and what that's like and what that's looks like and we hear from a lot of you guys that man that resonates

that connection so I love when we can let you know that you are not alone and

what's really interesting is we're gonna talk about the 30s and there's a reason that we're doing that not are truths that exist in this season that permeate ages not not just the

thirties but 20s 30s 40s and so on absolutely you're gonna hear us talk a lot

about mindset today because in your 30s both anecdotally and statistically it's when a lot of life

happens you're married you're having kids you're buying a house you're getting

serious about investing you're making career moves you're getting getting job promotions, all of these things, and we like to call it, like

Bo said, the messy middle, and it's important to go into that season with the right mindset.

There's a lot happening.

And so a few years back, when I was in my late 20s and

Bo was in the messy middle I was in the messy middle then still in the messy middle

now you we did a show where you gave me your best advice for somebody who was about to turn 30.

And I thought it would be fun to revisit now that I'm on the other side of 30.

And yeah, I thought it would be helpful to reflect

and see how your advice has changed,

how I've started to experience that,

and, you know, kind of hopefully have a good conversation

about how to navigate the messy middle.
