Okay, so this guy, he is, I think he's Swedish, she's from one of those northern countries.

Many, many years ago, his wife, I think think had I believe had cancer she she passed away and

he was left as a as an only father and he just started really looking into different ways for him to overcome depression and overcome like health problems and things like this.

And what he landed on was a combination of things. like health problems and things like this.

uh... and what he landed on was a combination of meditation

breathing methodology like deep breathing methods

and cold.

So he would do these very long meditation sessions with deep hyper-oxygenation breathing sessions
