Look, before we go on today, I wanted to do this.

I wanted to thank everybody on this current staff here. What we are doing right now is not

easy. All right. Coming in here and doing a show knowing that the lights are going off on October 24th,

and these guys have known for a long time, and I'm talking about everybody on this staff right now

from top to bottom, has kept it so professional and has been lighthearted, has been

making jokes about it, and really coming in here and giving their best. I was advised by people

that are much smarter than me in management to not say anything until the very last minute

to the staff because people were going to check out. And like I always do with management advice, I didn't take it.
