And as Kristen has taught me, two things can be true.

I have been sad but filled with joy also over the last couple of weeks. And I've never experienced both emotions together, but I've been pretty

fragile. Pretty, yeah, I just feel, my emotions feel kind of afraid the last couple of weeks.

One thing I think I'm feeling more than anything else, honestly, which is probably making me less sad, is I am really at peace with this.

I really am totally at peace with this.
