Get it the bird show a few weeks ago. I adopted an English bulldog franny. I am not sure of her history

I have reached out to the breeder a couple of different times in Iowa and I haven't

received anything back. What I do know is that we're making some strides here. You know

when you adopt a dog I think this is the first time that I've done this that there are baby steps right

they start to get comfortable with you and then they sort of coil and then they take some baby

steps and last night was a major one for me and Franny.

So Franny doesn't like to be inside the house at all.

As I understand it, the very few details

that I have is that she grew up on a farm. You know she had a couple of

litters, she's three and a half years old, and then I guess when she couldn't

breed anymore they were looking for a good home, found somebody who couldn't take

the dog himself, so I adopted her.

So what I know is this now, she's very scared of people.

I don't know if she's been around a lot of people her entire life.

I don't know what happened to her on that farm which I'm going to

bring back up in a second here. She hates collars, leashes, inside, very

reluctant to go into her crate. We were making some headway there and then some of Hollis's friends came over on Friday night.

Nobody really had any interaction with her, but I think the sheer noise might have freaked her out so much that she hides in one

uh one shrub that I have at the house and you could just see your little head

peeking out from time to time hey and that's really it then she'll come, we'll hang out, then she retracts back down to the backyard. So it's been a process. And last night was the very first time, believe it or not, this 55 pound fat-ass bulldog is not food motivated.

I don't know how that's possible but she hasn't been up until this point.

So every night I've been bringing her inside because she's an outside dog but in Georgia the nights are
