I'd say today is really the first day

I am feeling the effects of winning myself off this effect.

Today's the first day.

Like I've had mild irritations leading up to here, but

today is like the first day where I don't feel like my brain has caught up to our conversations

in a lot of ways.

So just to backtrack for a second,

20 something years when I started this show,

I was so sketched out and so nervous and so scared of failure that I wasn't enjoying the process of starting the

bircow at all. I couldn't sleep at night. I was so up in my head and so insecure 20-something

years ago that if this doesn't work as the first

time that I'm getting a shot to host a show if it doesn't go well I'll never get a shot ever

again and I can't do anything else.

So just a little bit of pressure.

There was, right?

So I was putting so much pressure on myself and I started to see a therapy.

She's like, you know what, bro?

You need to chill out.

And clearly you don't have the tools to do that.

So why don't we get you on this anti-anxiety effects or actually I think at first you put me on

Solexa but there are some sexual side effects there that I was not happy with.
