Laudy you guys told me it was going to be a long tedious uncomfortable process and I didn't believe you

because I'm on the lowest dosage of effects or so I thought hey not gonna be that hard

man was I wrong?

Yeah.

If you guys have been listening at all, I'm trying to get off this anti-anxiety

that I started 20 years ago when I started the Birch show, as I've mentioned, I was so incredibly nervous that this was not going to work out at all.

This was my first shot at hosting a show and I was so anxious about it that I just wasn't myself and my doctor's like, you need to chill out.

All right? Just chill out. So let's get you on some drugs.

And I'm like, did you say drugs?

So I started taking this

effects during the smallest amount I was supposed to build up and I never did I just

took the smallest amount and I've been on it for 20 years so to make a very long story short again, I just don't know that I need it anymore.

It's been so long and I'm not in that pressure-filled situation nearly as much.

I'm in a different place of my life.

I'm super happy. I don't consider myself an anxious

person, but I, at the end of the day, really am not sure. I don't know because it's been so long.

So I've been weaning myself off of this effects or use it with my doctor kind of

guiding me throughout the whole process which is the way you should do it for

sure yeah a lot of people say they go cold turkey.

That's dangerous right there, y'all.

I mean, just do a simple Google search.
