I have to get trust on the hot goss from Hollywood with Abby. It's the virtues and

entertainment bus. This way there are no spicy insemination stories in this one, but there's

a pretty hot debate. Dang it. I know what a bummer. There's a pretty hot debate amongst me and my

friends about whether or not you should continue to follow your ex or your friends ex on social media

once you break up. Absolutely not, right? Why? Well, I think I kind of always feel like you are

the bigger person if you decide to not unfollow them. It seems petty to me. So I was just having

this talk with a friend of mine told you I'm like talking a friend out of a breakup over the course

of the last couple of weeks and he was going through the same debate. And I said, dude, that's like

emotional cutting to me. If their stories keep coming up and you see what they're doing in your

mind, the actual situation will be way worse than it really is. So if you see some him or her out

with somebody and they're having a drink together, maybe they're toasting each other, you're going

to automatically assume like they're attracted to each other and your mind plays games on you.

I would rather just not see it at all. Yeah, I feel like a lot of people see unfollowing

of someone in that situation as like hurt or like you feel the way about, but it's really I just

don't want to see it. It's health. It's it's mental health. So anyway, fans happen to notice that

after Taylor Swift, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively all went out to dinner the other night, they notice

it looks like Ryan Reynolds and Taylor's brother have unfollowed Joe Allen Taylor Swift's ex. So

they're like, what happened at that dinner? The fact that people can like track when this happens

and are so in tune with who is falling, who and when they unfollow them, that is a whole other
