And myself and Chris were holding down the fort but then

i got a great suggestion of a prompt of it was green flags in in men but i posted it on my

instagram as green flags and men or women but the truth is kathland we very, really get men messaging in.

This is a very female focus podcast.

But I thought this is a great suggestion.
