What I understand now and the investigation has not completed, so this is a partial is that there was a

phone call and one participant did not use a secure line. This is the German

Bundesfer and in the call there were discussions about French and British personnel military personnel in Ukraine.

There were also discussions about the Taurus missile that is a

German long-range strike vehicle that is understood to be extremely lethal.
