noise. Like when I first got into real estate in 2008 the market had

totally collapsed, a million dollar listing happened, you know I got cast on that

show at the end of 2010.

If you were going to be on a TV show, you're on cable TV.

Like that was, you're either like basic cable, like premium, like HBO or something,

And there weren't that many options.
