So we are concluding a series we've been in for the past couple of weeks called

Bend Don't Break. And if you're just tuning in or you haven't, you know,

been with us past couple weeks or heard where we have been in the past couple of weeks,

I want to just kind of catch you up to where we're landing the plane today. And we've kind of

been unpacking the overwhelming nature that is life. The disorienting business, the disorienting

nature of the business, that is like the distractions that pull us in a number of different

directions, vying for our attention, limiting our capacity to experience peace, joy, and love.

That for so many of us, life often feels like a lot of surviving and not thriving.

And so we've been having conversations around, hey, what does it look like to thrive and not

just survive? What does it look like to be a person that can walk and experience peace, joy,

and grow into a person of love? And for you and for me, like no matter what you do or don't believe

about faith, we would all enjoy a little bit more peace, a little bit more joy and a little

bit more love. And in the surviving, what that feels like is a lot of bending, bending, bending,

hoping we don't break. But what we've kind of laid out is us as humans, we were not created to

constantly live in a bend, don't break state without any relief, without any chance to catch
