So, on with the show. Hello and welcome to White Wain Question Time the

podcast that brings together well-known friends to talk through three thought-provoking

questions over three glasses of one and in the

interests of full transparency I should stay up front but I bloody love this

week's guest. In fact I think so highly of him I even named my son with him uppermost in my mind.

Now you've been probably waking up with him for over 20 years now,

as a brilliant male anchor on breakfast television,

and probably sitting down for dinner with him over tipping

point on I TV most early evenings. I first had the pleasure of getting to know him when we

work together as hosts on the X Factor and as well as being entirely decent moral and upstanding and let me tell you that

is rarer than hens teeth in the world of show business he is also one of those

people who can literally turn their hand to anything. I'll give you an example.

Ballet. Yes, he's got a master's a degree in dance and ballet as well as also

having honors in rugby and football.

You see what I mean?

He's been married to his equally lovely wife, Annie,

well forever it feels, they met at university and have been together

ever since having studied in Birmingham.

They've now got two gorgeous sons, Sam and Jack.

He was born and raised in Essex and now lives in London with his family and I

cannot wait to talk to him. It's been too long. Let's dial up. Ben Shepard.
