I think you're overthinking at podcast with me, Chris Hardwick, who as I explained, over explained and will probably continue to over explain.

I overthink and I over explain.

I think the over explaining thing is just age.

And I think just because as we get older, something in your brain is like,

must download contents of brain onto world before.

Before it's too late.

Uh, so I apologize if I repeat some of these things.

But, uh, yeah, I took a three year break from podcasting when my daughter was born in 2022.

It's been amazing, but I am also very happy to be back.

So it's like it's a new podcast because it's like slightly new themed, but also it's the existing feed and it's, you know,

structurally pretty much a similar podcast.

So it's new but old and fresh but also familiar at the same time.

Hopefully.

What really blows my mind is thinking that the life of the podcast goes back to 2010.

That's like 15 years.

I mean, I'm like some old-timey prospector podcaster from the old West days a podcast. And, and it's always just been such a part of me and my life and my

heart. And so it's just so wonderful to be back. I really missed it. I missed you. And so this is

like, it's a little, I've tried to de-confuse it. So it is the first episode of the new show,

but because it's the old feed, I'm just going to, this will be numbered as episode 1145,

because there were 1144 episodes before. So rather

than be like, well, it's episode one of this new one, but there were 1144. So it's just,
