0:14.7	Oh my God, of course, man. I've been super excited to have you on the show.
0:19.0	Not only am I a huge fan of the product you've built,
0:22.3	but just knowing your journey as an athlete and how that led to the business, just based
0:27.2	on our conversations offline, just getting to know each other. It's just been super cool to
0:31.7	learn more about your story. But for those that might not know what Runa is and what it is

0:38.2	give a quick high level overview of what it is. Yeah. So runner is the first of its kind,
0:43.1	fully automated running coaching service that's fully personalized to every individual. So I used
0:49.3	to be running coaching would help 40 people all over the world train for their running goal.
0:53.8	And then we essentially automated this process so that meant that we could deliver
0:57.5	that same quality of coaching to anyone, wherever they are.
1:01.0	And because it's automated, it mean that it can be done in a much more accessible package
1:05.3	and therefore meaning we're charging much, much less.
1:08.2	So we're now 10 months since we launched on the App Store and coaching
1:11.3	over 5,000 people in 154 different countries. Wow. 154 countries? That's insane. Yeah, no,
1:19.3	it is bonkers. In our Christmas quiz, so as a team, we were five actually at Christmas.
1:25.6	And one of the questions my co-founder put towards everyone was,
