He has competed in two of bodybuildings most prestigious shows, Mr Olympia and the Arnold Classic, where he placed in the top 10 three years running.

Ben Pakulski has trained professional athletes, bodybuilders, and celebrities since 2005 and is recognised as one of the top trainers and physique coaches on the planet.

Today he travels the world teaching his Six Pillars of a lean, healthy and muscular body, promoting upgraded consciousness, self-confidence and an overall positive outlook on life.

Consciousness is an unpainted canvas. The only colours that it takes on is the ones that I've decided to put there with my perception.

So at 17 years old, I attended the 1998 Mr. Olympia.

I was hooked.

I was the epitome of obsession.

I was obsessed with being the best body build in the world.

pressure on myself to perform every day and I put everything into it 24 hours a day.

I just had this belief this was going to be the pinnacle and this was going to make me feel fulfilled as a man and feel like I'm, you know, I've accomplished everything.

I wasn't happy walking on stage at the olympi like I thought I would.

I had felt a sense of accomplishment, but it was also very hollow for me.

It wasn't about this journey that I had been on to accumulate muscle or step on stage,

When I was 320 pounds walking into a yoga studio I was really bad at doing yoga and that's why I did it. And I'm integrating my body and mind and allowing me to be really, really relaxed in a position that's incredibly uncomfortable for a guy of 300 pounds.
