So we decided to look at the chariot race in Ben Hur.

Myself, Joshua, Murray, Mark and Mark were joined by David Ranky, who, with Graham Sumner, writes the film articles for Ancient Warfare magazine.

It proved to be a marathon recording, and we were terrible at staying on topic of the chariot race

Shall we get started with Ben Hur. I think our starting point has to be a brief overview of the films.

Because when you say Ben Hur, people obviously think of the 59 and the 2016 film and is more than that.
