Cam's got a good leadership style

He, uh, he's

uh, he's a good personality, gets along with everybody, works with everybody.

I think everybody feels, you know, a positive connection to him and that, you know, he knows who they are and cares about them and, you know, wants to, you know, wants to fit in as a member of the team, just like everybody

else does.

And, you know, I think we all appreciate and respect that.

So, you know, he demands a lot of himself, which is, you know, a good leadership trait.

And he's very supportive of those teammates, which is another good leadership trait.

So, you know, I think he's, you know, he's done a, you know, a good job, especially

considering that it's a new team.

And, you know, he doesn't have the background, but, you know, some other players, and a lot

of us have in this organization.

But he kind of brings a, you know, a different different kind of a fresher maybe energy or perspective

to the things that, you know, I think we all can appreciate that as well. So it's really,

I think it's, you know, it's worked out in a positive way from that standpoint.

I'm sure he's learned some things about our organization and learned some things from us.
