you help people perform better. So what does that mean exactly?

For most people they come to me not always but more often they're doing good

they want to do great. So it's those little shifts, those little

changes that helps them get more out of their day, more out of really the big three

is what I call it, the three areas that most people struggle in which is health, wealth and

relationships okay and it's those I think there's more categories in life than

that but those are the three that we seem to struggle with the most early yeah

and we come out of our education system we seem to struggle with the most early.

And we come out of our education system,

and which is, you know, we spend 12 years

getting an education on average.

And we come out ill-prepared for the real world.

And we're not great at relationships.

We know very little about building wealth, right?

And we know very little about health.

It's wild to me that we spend that much time getting educated,

whatever that is. And yet yet back to us what I'm

saying think about people in their 20s a lot of their pain is and usually it

starts with relationships and money and then at the end of the 20s early 30s it starts getting into their health

so usually people come to me and maybe they've traded their health for wealth

so now they're financially well off but the relationship suck and their health is declining.

Yeah.
