Hey guys, it's Kathy. I just want to share an extra mini episode with you every single week

because I want to be there for you. I want to be there to encourage you. I want to be there to

help you see things in a way that just feels like it's doable. Like you are so much closer than

you really think and I want to show you what's possible. So here's one of our Minnesots. I hope

you like it. Take a listen. You think you're separate. You don't know who you are. Your ego is

running the show and telling you you are getting separate from me. Now, no dice. There is no separate.

Just isn't. I hate to break the news to you. It's just not like that. It's just an ocean.

The waves aren't separate from each other. So our job is to allow energy to come through us,

come through us. You don't have it and hold on to it because that's called a blood clot.

Blood's got to keep going. You become this full vibrant conductor of all that you're willing to

receive through. Love, energy, aminess, goodness, compassion and it flows into the atmosphere.

It starts to be a part of this world and it makes the world more beautiful, makes the world more

electric, makes the world more whole and it feeds the ocean. It feeds the ocean. It feeds the ocean.

So you being here going, I don't know what this is, it's the ego saying, I don't feel worthy

of receiving it. Whatever you're going to point to, that is that. It's somewhere, someone

is thinking they're someone when they're just some of the one. Being someone is your some of the

one. There's only one. There is not two. That's what makes the world so awesome. So it makes it so

fun to play in the playground of this gorgeous field, this universe. It's so amazing. It's one,

it's one orchestra. So if imagine an instrument in the orchestra thinking that it is separate,

it's not going to make music. So it's job is not to say, oh my god, like if I get first chair,

you know, and then I play, then what does that say about me? It's like, hey, to break it to you.
