Summary

“Every year you make a resolution to change yourself. This year, make a resolution to be yourself.” - Unknown

Being able to BE YOURSELF is knowing your story, owning your story, and acknowledging what you bring to the table in your relationships. What is part of YOU being YOU that can overflow into someone else’s life when the time is right? This isn’t something to force…just encouraging us to be open to the idea of OVERFLOW (which is something we talked about on the ‘5th Thing’ last week!)

Amy reads an email update from our precious listener Ithzel and how another podcast listener OVERFLOWED into her life. Ithzel’s words are also going to OVERFLOW into your ears as you listen to it. It is a very amazing note!!!
