Hi, everybody, welcome to this week's mini episode of Seamwork Radio.

0:21.6

So today we're going to do something that's a little bit different.

0:25.6

All this month we've been talking about small businesses.

0:28.6

And today we wanted to take a moment and talk about seamwork and what our business is all about.

0:33.6

So we're going to talk about that today and I thought I'd start by asking you, Haley, what's the worst job that you've ever had?

0:42.0

I think that would probably be a job that I had in Ready to Wear with a fashion designer that will remain unnamed.

0:51.4

But it was just like, I think kind of like the bad experience that

0:56.7

1:43.1

Go get 50 swatches for me. And you'd like just be sprinting

1:47.4

around downtown LA in the garment district trying to get all of these swatches for him. Because he like

1:53.3

just woke up from like partying all night and like had an idea for a pink sequin dress. So it was a

2:00.8

horrible job. But it's the job that

2:03.6

led me to pivot to what I do today. So in that sense, I'm really grateful for it. What about you?

2:12.3

Yeah, I feel like you learn something from every job, good or bad, sometimes more from the bad ones.

2:19.6

You know, I think I've been pretty lucky because I haven't had any really, really terrible
