Hey CEO teachers, this interview is unlike anything that I have ever done before. And I want to give

0:08.3

a little background on why I've never done this before, where I was coming from, and why I am no

0:15.3

longer that girl or that company. So I've wanted to interview my team members for a while, but I was living in a

0:25.9

world of limited thinking where there wasn't room for everyone on the playground, even though I

0:31.2

practice and I preach that. But really, in my mind, I was thinking, if I give you guys the secrets inside of my business, then my

0:39.6

business might fail. If I tell you how amazing these people are that work for me, then my

0:44.9

business might fail. And that's human nature for us to feel that way, is if we give, then we feel

0:50.9

insecure about what is going on or how things are going to play out.

And I've really decided to start letting more people in because of the trust and the value that I have and the people that work for me.

about a year and a half, Allie has changed my life in so many ways. But most importantly,

1:34.0

is that every single day she challenges me to be a better human than I was yesterday. Her faith

1:39.1

is so inspiring and her constant ability to see the good in everything makes me want to be a better version of

myself. And I just can't even describe how much you're going to love this interview.
