guest today because we're going to get to talk about a lot of the things that have

been buzzing in the beauty and cosmetic industry lately that have to do with a lot of

regulation making sure things are safe, you know, that we're purchasing as consumers.

There's a huge shift happening right now in the beauty world.

And so my guest today is truly very well versed in everything that's going on, but also he is the founder of his own endeavor and company that's really moving things forward in this direction.

So without further ado, I want to introduce you guys to Brian Echlefield. Welcome to my show Brian. I'm so excited to host you.

Yeah, no, I'm really excited Brian because I know you have a lot of knowledge in this area and I know we were talking about for everyone listening before the interview about Mockra which is a set of guidelines that are being introduced by the FDA and I want Brian to tell us all about that later but Brian I want to get started by learning all about you and

your background because I know it's truly impressive and everything that led up to before you started the company.

Yeah, absolutely. So I've spent the last 14 years involved behind the scenes

developing in vivo clinical studies and my focus has always been on

helping international or domestic brands building personal care claims or cosmetic claims.

So that pretty much boils down to a combination of biophysical instrumentation, expert clinical grading, subjective perception, and then clinical before and after photography.

So somewhere pairing those four elements, I'll put together custom portfolios of clinical or

claim support for either Lux Beauty or niche startup or major multinational
