Hi guys. So on this week's episode, we're actually going to change it up a bit. I had a

dear friend of mine, Mary True. She has her own podcast. If you have not checked her out,

anything iTunes Google all of those things um her and i go way way back and she is somebody that

i have always had such a good connection with and through this journey, through my growth, through just finding

out who I am. We have crossed paths again after years and years. And with her journey of having

her own physical transformation and her really personal growth journey of loving who she is

and being proud of herself and being

herself unapologetically. She interviewed me for her podcast. So I thought it would be a fun

episode to kind of give you guys a little bit of a background. I have done a couple episodes just

kind of explaining who I am where I've come from. But this kind of takes it from a different

perspective. And I hope that

you guys will enjoy this. It is a longer episode, but it is quite a bit of commentary and detailed
