to another episode of Viband and kind of Thriven.

Today we've got a little bit of a different episode for y'all. It's going to be a little bit of me for a bit and we'll have a guest. Kristen joining us here in a little I don't think you guys have ever heard from Kristen on this podcast. I think I know that V's done an

episode with her on Baby Mamas and she is guest co-star on the Southern Tea and often co-hosts with Kale on Barely Female.

She is the glue that holds us all together. Without Kristen, I really don't know in any single one of us would do.

I'm really excited to get into that portion of this episode, but until then,

we can just hang out, you and I.

I feel like, I think the last time I did a solo episode was over the summer

which has rapidly come to and end much like the rest of this year I can't believe

we're basically into October at this point this year I can't believe we're basically into October at this point. This year has

completely flown by I feel like it was a transformative year a very interesting

year different than any I've had before. I think with my

mental health getting on track, my physical health, all the things getting on track

that's definitely played overall and it getting better. It's not easy it's definitely not easy it's definitely played overall and getting better.

It's not easy.

It's definitely been hard work, but I've got to say it's been worth it.

I was talking to V a little bit earlier today.

She couldn't join us for this episode she's got some stuff going on

Beevie everything's okay we'll be back to regularly scheduled programming next

week but we were on the phone yapping as we usually do and I'm just telling her lately I've been feeling like this, like a heavier energy, I guess, I think I might just be burnt out. I haven't been on a vacation in a really long time where I was completely unplugged.

I really cannot tell you the last day that I didn't at least do something small for work or

socials on my own end or whatever the case may be. I just I feel like I've been going
