Unusually, a power trio of segments today.

John Clark will explain the politics of that so-called trucker convoy in Ottawa.

Dave Zyron will talk about a suit against pro football for its pervasive racism.

And Justin Medina will talk about working in Amazon and trying to organize a union there.

First, the truckers are alleged truckers.

Their convoy is hardly the spontaneous expression of working class rage and its publicists would have you believe.

An interpretation that some on the left are sadly embracing.

As the New York Times put it the other day in an article on the organizers behind the event,

high above the clot of trucks in Ottawa's Parliament Hill and hotel rooms just out of the fray

are the war rooms behind the operation.

From them, a team of self-appointed leaders, some of the military and right wing organizing backgrounds

have orchestrated a disciplined and highly coordinated occupation.
