0:30.5	talking about, a project which we're involved in together and he's based in Austin, Texas so thank
0:36.2	you for joining us, Sean and welcome along. Thanks so much for having me Liam,
0:41.3	started to talk about this amazing project and again so grateful to be a part of it.
0:45.7	Cool, cool. So tell me, you know, tell me a bit about your business, Sean and how you got started
0:51.6	hosting. Okay, so definitely a windy road. Lindsay gets a bunch of credit for how this all began.
1:01.0	Whenever we first started dating, one of the first times we went back to her apartment,
1:04.4	she's like, oh, we got to be quiet because that guest's like, oh, cool, you have friends in town?
1:08.1	Like, no, no, no, actually have Airbnb guests here. And so I realized that she was actually running out
1:13.1	her second bedroom of her Austin, Texas apartment and because she was running that out,
1:17.8	it would pay for her entire unit. But then the big hack that she did was she would, whenever she would
1:22.5	travel, she would run out her whole place and not only would it pay for her entire apartment,
1:27.2	it would pay for her travel as well, which I thought was like the most amazing hack.
1:32.0	But things got ratched up even further the next couple of dates where she was like, hey,
1:36.4	I just took over this new lease at a downtown warehouse in Austin. Can you tell me unpack some boxes?
1:42.7	And when I walked in, there were IKEA boxes everywhere. And it was just like 1200 square foot
1:48.0	downtown warehouse, IKEA stuff everywhere, these wood partitions. And she's immediately like,
1:54.6	dude, you hate it? Well, I mean, dude, I just don't know what I'm looking at. And so what happened was
