who's from Hertfordshire in the UK. She's the CEO and founder of Jeswood Properties.

Sasha is a travel and property specialist, a mentor, a TV presenter, and a best-selling

author to book. So she's featured on Sky TV as a cruise ship guest expert. She's worked

in a thriving career as an award-winning sales executive selling globally-recognised jewelry brands,

and today we're lucky enough to have her on. She's going to be sharing her business

and how she got started when COVID hit and brought the cruise industry to a grinding halt at the time.

where your properties are, how many properties you've got, and the model that you use to operate them.

Okay, so yeah, I'm based in Harpershire in the UK. I operate about 40 minutes outside of where I live

in a place called Luton. I've got six properties that I do rent to Renton and just starting

managing as well. Generally, my market is the contractor market, so it's a very kind of business,

orientated town, where I get a lot of contractors, and people that kind of work in business,
