How much you looking forward to this game?

Yeah, no worries. Yeah should be really

looking forward to it you know Liverpool, unbelievable club and team at the minute. Obviously

you'll know guy the result Preston had on Saturday

away at Blackpool again that Preston fans waited so long for and

such a disappointing day so a bit of a weird feeling coming into this game to be honest.

I don't think that will be out of people's minds or systems by the time of Liverpool

come to Deepdale. So it will be a sellout and hopefully

we can create a good atmosphere and give Liverpool as good a game as they can but obviously it's going to be an absolutely massive challenge for them.

Yeah, you mentioned there I'll know all too well. I was asked about it on Monday's blood red podcast

sort of pointed to as the North End expert in the room. It's good to be joined by an actual true

Preston North End expert but obviously living in the area myself and as you well know sort of having ties to the club having done a bit of commentary work with them through the years I'm all too aware of kind of the feeling around

north then right now. But for the listeners just kind of explain a bit because as you

say it is a sell out at Deepdale tonight for the game. Liverpool coming is a huge draw for any kind of Northwest Club,

but Preston North End of course with the Bill Shankley Copp that the

traveling away fans will be and do have links to Liverpool through the years, primarily through Bill Shankly himself.
