Good morning, beautiful soul. It’s Jody. A personal practice that has profoundly shaped my mornings, is before I get out of bed, I place my hands on my heart and ask myself, “What’s my intention for today?” Sometimes, my intention is to be gentle with myself. Other times, it's to stay grounded, lovingly focused, or simply to pause and breathe throughout the day. Slowing down and setting intentions helps us guide our actions, thoughts, and emotions throughout the day. It aligns us with our values and brings purpose to each moment. Take a deep breath in, inviting in the new energy of the morning and letting it fill your belly and release your breath.

feeling the fresh air go all the way down to your toes

and exhale all the way out. Bring your breathing to its normal rhythm and notice the little tingles of oxygen gently waking up your body.
