Deuteronomy, chapter 20, verse one.

Let me give you one verse, and we will get into the scripture today.

When you go to war against your enemies and see horses and chariots and an army greater than yours,

do not be afraid of them because the Lord your God, who brought you up out of Egypt, will be with you.

Some verses just are kind of drop the mic moments.

Some of you came for a sermon, I'm just going to give you a scripture.

You know, like, who brought you up out of Egypt, he will be with you.

I want to preach today from this subject before the battle begins.

Before the battle begins.

We are in part two of a collection of talks that I began last week entitled

contend. That word contend shows up in the book of Jude. And we're talking about

fighting for what matters most. Not every hill is one that you should die on, but some

hills have a cross on them with your name on it.

And last week, I taught about fighting for your faith.

And today, I want to speak around the subject of fighting for your peace.
