Summary
Last week, Jason shared what to do when you feel like you've taught the worst yoga class of your life. This week, he’s sharing a few tips for getting in the right headspace before you teach so that you’re more likely to show up for class feeling calm, present, and confident.
We cover:
* How to get grounded before you teach a yoga class -- and why this is a big challenge for so many yoga teachers
* Strategies for using the first few minutes of class to get yourself in the right mindset to teach
* Why having a plan and a back-up plan (a go-to sequence that you know you teach well) can be a saving grace as a yoga teacher
* Why it's important to teach what you're practicing at home
