Happy summer, people, time for barbecue, swim parties, and figuring out which friends not to invite next year.

Oh, I have a list.

Fourth of July, this year, 2023, happened to be the hottest recorded average for the entire planet Earth since we started keeping records. The UK had the hottest June since ever. Brits were heard to exclaim, my word, I believe my nicknox is stuck to my gobbly wobblers, or something very British-y like that. Listen, people, what does this mean?

Well, it means that it's pretty undeniable that the planet is warming up. The proof is everywhere.

Weather is insane and species are dying off. And if we don't do anything, studies are showing

that one-third, one-third of all species, all species,

one-third of all species, will be gone in 50 years.

So if you have a kid, it's going to see a mass extinction.

You'll have to explain that Kermit was a frog, and we don't have those anymore.

Today's word is extinct.

And it's already happening. I got flipped off by a bee while grilling chicken this week. Look, I'm always kind of stunned when people deny climate change. I mean,

we've had harsher, more extreme weather, floods, drought, record snow. It's pretty obvious. And it's

proven by science. You know, that thing that

morons deny and they say brilliant things like, yeah, man, if science is right, why does it always

change? Huh? Answer me that. Well, because genius science is the pursuit and application of knowledge

and understanding of the natural and social world following a systematic methodology based on evidence.

So we're always finding out new things based on new knowledge that we look for.

That's science.

Yeah, but that ain't what I believe if the climate is changing.

How come there still snow?
