Today, it's the return of Micah's Beef of the Week.

And as summertime continues, we are continuing our conversations

with people that design and create products that are interesting to us

for the summer and in this case, cooking beef and other things.

And today, I am very pleased to be joined by Andrew Asetti,

the General Manager of Blazing Bull Infrared Grills.

Andrew, thank you for taking the time.

Tell us just a little bit about Blazing Bull.

Yeah, thanks for having me.

So Blazing Bull is a 1500 degree infrared barbecue grill.

And it's the exact same technology that's used in Morton's Cut 432 Del Frisco.

So all the premium steak houses.

Our parent company has been supplying these steak houses with our infrared technology since the 1980s.

So we had the idea to come out with a residential version of a barbecue that would include our overhead infrared technology

so that anyone could have premium steak house quality beef in the comfort of their own home.

Gotcha.

And so tell me just a little bit about that parent company and the story behind the technology.

Because as you said, it sort of was invented back in the 70s or 80s.

And tell us a little bit about that process before we talk about the Blazing Bull.

Yeah, absolutely.

So the parent company is actually a company called Schwank.
