guy gets on and before I hit record, I'm like, how are you? And it's like, I'm nervous is all hell right now. I don't know how this is going to go. I don't know how I'm going to feel. You know, I don't know if I'm going to yell or cry or what I'm going to talk about. And so welcome to the unknown, you know, welcome to the unknown. Maybe that's what I should call these sessions, initiating into the unknown.

Tell me a little bit about what you're hoping to address or resolve or confront.

Well, I just had my 30th anniversary of my mom's passing this past Tuesday.

So that's been a big burden for myself.

I finally confronted my father about those 30 years.

So that was a big step just setting a boundary for myself and protecting myself.

I had to like kind of like hardest feelings. That made me sad. But at the same time, like it allowed me to

build up that courage and that parent for myself or, like,

that fathering for myself. So basically it's just building up that confidence within myself

to have that self-worth and that confidence to understand, like, I can take care of myself,

I can lead myself into the unknown like I'm doing right now.

And know that I'm going to be okay.

I always felt like I was not capable or worthy.

Basically, like, the way I was raised, I was told what to do and I did it extremely well. I didn't answer back because when I did, it, yeah, I would get punished or I would get beat. So I was like, I'm just going to follow. If I do everything right and you tell me what to do, everything should be right. And that's where I'm having like the confusion

is just understanding that I can lead myself. And I'm capable of doing it without, yeah,

having those thoughts that I'm not capable or worthy or I don't know what I'm doing.
