| 0:51.3 | Well, I just had my 30th anniversary of my mom's passing this past Tuesday. |

| 1:02.0 | I finally confronted my father about those 30 years. |
| 1:08.0 | So that was a big step just setting a boundary for myself and protecting myself. |
| 1:16.3 | I had to like kind of like hardest feelings. That made me sad. But at the same time, like it allowed me to |
| 1:25.5 | build up that courage and that parent for myself or, like, |
| 1:30.8 | that fathering for myself. So basically it's just building up that confidence within myself |
| 1:37.2 | to have that self-worth and that confidence to understand, like, I can take care of myself, |
| 1:42.2 | I can lead myself into the unknown like I'm doing right now. |

| 1:49.6 | I always felt like I was not capable or worthy. |
| 1:54.7 | Basically, like, the way I was raised, I was told what to do and I did it extremely well. I didn't answer back because when I did, it, yeah, I would get punished or I would get beat. So I was like, I'm just going to follow. If I do everything right and you tell me what to do, everything should be right. And that's where I'm having like the confusion |
| 2:19.4 | is just understanding that I can lead myself. And I'm capable of doing it without, yeah, |
| 2:28.3 | having those thoughts that I'm not capable or worthy or I don't know what I'm doing. |
