| 1:18.8 | But what's fascinating is that like the people who are the most in shape are the people who do the basics consistently. |

| 1:28.2 | And so I think that what becoming an expert or what becoming more and more advanced is is not necessarily learning, quote, advanced tactics or advanced techniques, but it's literally never not doing the basics, never not doing the fundamentals. |
