to go it alone, to forge your own path, do your own thing,

but if you're really going to build something sustainable,

you just simply can't go alone. We need

others to thrive. Other people offer us the needed feedback and they support us

when things get hard. But if we're going to do this thing together, we have to become

Askers. Askers aren't afraid to put themselves out there and invite others to come along for the

journey. I know I'm giving some of you introverts the

hives right now and I'm sorry but I hope after listening to this conversation
