Welcome back to another episode of the Daily Unicorn. My name is Jordan

0:04.4

Siett and thank you so much for listening. I'm very excited about this episode.

0:09.2

It's actually, it's very special to me because I had the opportunity to get on

0:13.5

the phone with a previous client of mine, current intercircle member. Her name is

0:17.5

Amanda and throughout the course of us working together and knowing each other,

0:21.6

she has undergone one of the most incredible transformations I've seen, not

0:26.9

just physically but mentally and emotionally, which I think is equally if not more

0:31.6

important. She's really undergone what I think is the the ultimate

0:35.6

expression of going from someone who had a lot of anxiety and had a lot of

0:40.2

insecurities in regard to fitness, nutrition, working out and has now become the

0:45.6

ultimate flexible dieter. The ultimate flexible mindset doesn't care what the

0:50.3

scale says, doesn't let that control her life. She's able to eat foods that

0:54.7

other people deem as unhealthy or bad without it throwing her off track, without

0:59.0

binging, without feeling bad about it. I wanted to have her on, actually on her

1:03.7

birthday because it really, she has so much insight to share from a first-hand

1:09.5

experience and it really, she did a tremendous job of talking about it and we

1:12.9

had a really great back and forth. I hope you enjoyed the episode. Please bear in

1:16.9

mind for whatever reason the recording tools that I'm using on anchor every

1:22.0

seven minutes they would it would just log us off. So there are some like times

1:26.6

there are a couple times really to hear us like get back on track or repeat

1:29.8

ourselves but it makes up a very small portion of the episode. So I hope you

1:34.2

enjoy it. If you have any questions or comments please leave them here wherever
