Leila, and we're talking about what it looks like to become men that our wives actually want to follow,

like what kind of leaders can we be where our family is excited about following our leadership,

and the opposite. What does it look like to be men where our families aren't excited to follow

our leadership? So we'll talk about that today. Before we jump into all that, I do want to thank
