I'll start.

I'm Tony and I run the website Plant Based on a Budget and I have been plant-based for 13 years now. It started originally for health

reasons but has grown into a variety of reasons that have kept me vegan for so long including environmentalism and and animal issues and

Michelle and I have been friends for, I would say we've been besties for about five years now and I had tried to get her to write this book with me for a while and it kind of went in the same way that I tried to get her to be my friend for a while which was a funny thing I'd met her and I liked her and I just, her energy draws people in and so I was like, oh man, I really want to be friends with that Michelle girl.

And so I reached out to her, I was like, hey Michelle, do you want to be my friend?

But really I said, hey Michelle, do you want to be my friend?
