host of the show Kara Santa Maria and yes I'm doing some time traveling right now as I mentioned in the last episode.

I am recovering now from a major surgery. I told you guys all about it.

I'm recording this before I even go under the knife, so that's a little bit weird to think about it sort of messing with my head.

But hopefully I'm safely recovering and I'm just getting this recorded so that I don't have to work during my initial recovery period.

So I'm actually recording this at the very end of June,

but today is technically the day this is airing July 11,

2022.

And I'm just gonna go ahead and thank you in advance
