you're hearing from me on a Thursday, which is new for me. I get excited when I get to do new things.

This episode is a little bit different. I decided that I was going to try and do these little

check-ins with you all every Thursday and share a beauty rant and a beauty rape with you all.

And we're just going to see how it goes. The idea is that I'm not going to edit anything. I'm not

going to have any guests. I'm just going to record it and upload it. It's very casual and I'm going

to just share my thoughts, things that have been on my mind. I actually keep on my notes app,

like a running list of all of these things that I love and also things that I really dislike,

that I've been meaning to formalize into something and it will just be me speaking again.

As much as I love interviewing people and I truly do love it so much, it's something I'm so

passionate about and it's the reason why I believe Naked Beauty is as powerful as it is because

I get to be this platform for other people's stories. But I also wanted to carve out a space

for my beauty thoughts and I was thinking, okay, maybe I'll do a newsletter or maybe I'll make

more video content on Naked Beauty Planet. But then I realized at my core, like I'm a podcaster.

So let's bring these thoughts to the pod. If you all enjoy this type of episode, I will continue.

Maybe I'll put them on Patreon. But for now, I really want it to be accessible to everyone.

Okay, so beauty rant and beauty rape. I don't know if I should start positive with my beauty

rape or if I should go negative. Okay, you know what? Let's just go with the rant because this

has been on my mind for a while. So my rant for the first installment of this series and I'm sorry

to say this, it is against sheet masks. Can we all stop pretending that sheet masks are these

relaxing self-care experience? Like every single time I put on a sheet mask, I feel as if I am
