Curry tonight we're going to trade our anxious thoughts for the hope and comfort of the

Heavenly Father, thank you for being with us now, and thank you for the good gift of rest.

Be present with us as we sleep and protect us through the hours of the night so that we who

now before we read from God's word let's make sure you're comfortable adjust the lights or the blankets if you need to.

And let's take just a few minutes for progressive muscle relaxation to get your body ready to sleep.
