Hi, I'm Dave. I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging just about 21,000 steps a day.

For the first time all week, there is no threat of rain.

No threat of rain this morning. I don't think there's a threat of rain for the rest of the day,

in fact. Cooler though, 50, 55 degrees. And my weather app indicated a bit of a breeze so it's supposed to feel a little less than that but at the moment I'm not experiencing the breeze.

So yesterday during our walk it started raining, I was prepared and then later I was out on my bike and I looked at the sky to my left and it was blue and it was

like yeah this is so great and then to my right threatening clouds which had not been there

you know 10 minutes earlier and I had my phone with me, opened the weather

app and said, rain, heavy rain, thunderstorms, starting in 30 minutes. And I was about 25

minutes from home. So I made it back before the rain started. That, yeah, that thunderstorm was

pretty intense yesterday afternoon, but no threat of rain now. Let's talk about fitness

burnout. This is more intense than the occasional day where you just don't feel like it.

Fitness burnout would be something you feel every day and you're saying to yourself,

I need a break, or I need to stop.

But you keep grinding it out.
