with the news of the day is that the Chicago fire will be building a new stadium in the city

If they can get this thing up and running and cooking, it's a great location and I think would really help fire the fire fans and just soccer fans in general.

There have been many attempts to develop something there. Not a lot has worked out.

According to CHSN newsletter writer Gordon Edis, they are going to spend that entire $650 million to build a stadium.

That's going to be out of their own money.

They are going to ask for a little bit of public money to get the land ready for a stadium to be built. So there will be some public money involved, but it's not like this large public investment that maybe the White Sox were looking for to build a White Sox stadium there.
