I'm so thankful that you decided to listen to our very first podcast.

I have been wanting to create my own podcast for so long and I was so afraid that this is just not good enough.

It's not the right time.

I don't have the right equipment.

I don't have the right equipment. I don't have the

right sound. I kept looking at what I wasn't doing enough of that I was being too afraid to just

take the leap and do what I felt like I was called to do. I do a lot of Instagram stories every

single day and it's full of words of encouragement for women who just feel like they're not doing

enough and it's ironic that that's what I live and breathe every single day because I came from a

background where I didn't know who I was. I didn't know how I was supposed to live what I was

supposed to do on a day to day basis without looking at somebody else for their approval.

I found myself just looking not even at magazines, but people that I know. I am a bonus mom.

I am a new wife. I am a mom of a seven-year-old daughter. And I found myself looking at, but how does

she dress? How does she live her life? What does she do? And I found myself looking at but how does she dress how does she live her life what

does she do and I found that I had no idea who I was because I was too busy trying to live my life

based upon other people's goals other people's expectations I took a fitness journey and started

it in January of 2016 in the hopes that I would be who

everybody else was. Everybody else seemed so happy. Everybody else had their lives together

and I just felt if I did what everybody else was doing, I was going to be happy too.
